Dealing with Mould or dry-rotWe tried 10:1 water-bleach mix from a garden sprayer. That worked to some extent. However, we found that B&Q do a cheap fungicide mix which seemed to work better. A more permanent solution is to ensure reasonable airflow over areas which are prone to infection. Where this is not possible, keep inspecting and cleaning/throwing away any infected material. It is important to avoid stirring up spores in the air - cleaning should be done outside, and infected material be immediately removed. |
