Tech Rehearsal

In MUGSS this is held the day before the show opens. It's the opportunity primarily for the crew to run through what they have to do, the set changes, lighting etc.

It's run, from one cue to the next, by the Stage Manager to ensure all the cues are in the right places and everyone knows what they're doing. Scenes may be truncated, sections in the middle missed etc as this isn't a cast rehearsal so all the singing isn't necessary - but this is up to the Stage Manager to decide. If they decide a scene needs running three times to get the complicated scene change right, then that's what will happen.
