The control panel used to manage the lighting or sound during a show. Simple ones consist of a number of faders
(sliding controls that look a bit like the graphic equaliser on a stereo). Each fader controls the brightness or
loudness of one channel in the light or sound rig. More complex desks may have computer control, to allow the operator
to make many changes with a single button press.
