Included in the talent show was a magic act - who performed a couple of
tricks with his assistant while the songs went on.

Much to the surprise of the audience, the male chorus appeared on
a nudist beach at the start of act two. They managed a whole range of
"pass the objects covering their modesty" gags while doing that scene.

Marco and Guiseppi demonstrated remarkable ironing skills as they sang
about how busy their lives were as the kings.
|
|
The female chorus arrived by boat to visit Marco and
Guiseppi on their island, and they told everyone how much they dislike the
journey with a very wavy dance.
