The Alternative Programme is an irregular publication, which often appears around the Saturday night of Show Week.
It's a collection of gossip, in-joke and comedy about life in the society, and the show that's being done.
Since there's occasionally some material there which is of genuine comic interest (rather than just jokes which are so introverted that they're
almost inside-out) I thought there might be a place for some of it on the website.
